At Files99.store, we deal exclusively in digital products and digital marketing services. Since all our products are delivered electronically and can be accessed immediately after a successful payment, we do not provide any returns or refunds under normal circumstances.

1. No Returns

As we sell digital goods and services, physical returns are not applicable. Once a purchase is confirmed, the product becomes instantly available for access or download.

2. No Refunds

All sales are final. We do not issue refunds for digital product purchases, service bookings, or consultation fees. Customers are urged to carefully review product details and service descriptions before making a purchase.

3. Exceptions (Payment Errors Only)

Refunds may only be considered in the following rare cases:

• Duplicate payment due to a technical system error.
• Accidental multiple charges for the same product or service.

In such cases, after verification, a refund may be processed back to your original payment method within 5–7 business days. The completion timeline also depends on your bank or payment provider.
